  8.    I provided financial management & cost analysis support services for the Navy's LAMPS MK¬†111 System and its Recovery, Assist, Securing & Traversing (RAST) sub-system.

  10.    I used an Apple ][ microcomputer to review the requirements for Configuration Status Accounting.  One of my many extensive efforts included using standard Learning Curve techniques to extrapolate current year costs over the extended 9-year buy.  These costs were spread not only by Fiscal Year, but also by Contract Line Item (CLIN) and by Fiscal Appropriation (SCN, FMS, O&MN).

  12.    I also developed an extensive Data Base Management System (DBMS) to track the flow of funding and to assess the impact of requested delivery schedule changes on the overall production and installation Programs.

  17.    Within the field of financial management, I served as Chief of the Cost Analysis Division, Joint Cruise Missiles Project Office (JCMPO).  I analyzed the cost of each of the six major programs within the Joint Project.  I implemented the Project's Design-to-Cost and Life Cycle Cost programs.  I prepared major inputs for periodic revisions to the Acquisition Strategy Plan, Selected Acquisition Reports (SARs) and reports for Congress in response to all inquiries.
